Change salon phone number and email address

The phone number and email of a salon user account can be changed under Settings → Profile → Account.

Change profile mobile number

Tap the current number and then click Edit. Write the new number in the Support Team chat window that opens, and send the message. We will respond to your request in the app chat and change the number.

Change email address

Tap the current salon email address. In the Email field, delete the old address and enter the new one. Tap Done. A message will be sent to your new address and you will have to verify it.

⏵ An email address is required for accessing the salon user account in case of loss of telephone. You can also receive app notifications via the email address.
