Leave review
Under My Reviews, you can leave a review for a beauty pro or a salon. You can only write reviews for those beauty pros or salons with whom you have had at least one booking which has already occurred.
- Tap Write a Review.
- Choose the beauty pro or salon for whom you want to leave a review.
- Write the text of the review and tap Send Feedback.
⏵ You can write only one review for each beauty pro/salon. If you decide to write another review, your previous one for that beauty pro will be deleted.
After you post the review, the beauty pro/salon will get a notification about the new review. The beauty pro/salon will be offered a choice of whether to post your review on their online booking page or not.
You can also write a review by opening the beauty pro/salon’s online booking page under My Stylists in the Reviews tab.
