Change phone number and email address

You can change the phone number and email address of your account under Settings → Profile → Account.

Change phone number

Tap on your current number and then Send request. In the chat with the Support Team, write your new phone number and send the message. We will respond to your request in the app chat and change the number.

Change email address

Tap on your current email address. In the Email field, delete your old email address, and enter your new one. Tap Done. You will be sent a message to the new address, where you will need to confirm it.

💡 Email is required for recovering access to your account in case you lose your phone. You can also receive app notifications in your email.
