Masters app registration

To register an account in the Masters app, you have to enter the phone number that you want to be registered with the account.

⏵ Only a single account can be registered on one number – client or beauty pro.

If you are a beauty pro and you want to use the app both as a beauty pro and as a client, you will have to download the Masters Pro app and register with that. In the Masters Pro app there is the Client Mode button. By turning on that mode, you will be able to book services with beauty pros as a client.

If you are a client, but have accidentally registered as a beauty pro, you will have to delete your account in the Masters Pro app under Settings/Profile/Account. Before deleting the account, look over the information in your account and save it if needed. Then download the client app and register as a client.
