Appointments
The widget shows the total number of appointments in the salon for the current month, as well as the number of actual, projected and canceled appointments.
Total number of appointments per month = actual appts + projected appts. Cancelled appts are not counted.
⏵ Important: for the correct calculation of the percentage of appointments for the month, the total number of appts, including canceled appts, is used.
Clicking on the Report button opens a detailed section of appts. There are three reports in this section: Summary, Booking Type and Cancellations. To view a detailed report on the appts for each month, click on the name of the month. In each report of the section, graphs of the ratio of the total number of appts to the month/year are generated.
💡 To view the report, you can select the display Salon + Staffers, Salon (the name of your salon) or Staffer (the name of the staffer) at the top.
Summary
Section titled “Summary”The summary report shows the total number of appts for each month. The table shows the number of actual, projected and canceled appts.
💡 Canceled appts are not taken into account in detailed reports when calculating the total number of appts for the month/week.
Booking Type
Section titled “Booking Type”The report shows the total number of appts into those created by the salon, manually created by the staffer and created by clients online.
Cancellations
Section titled “Cancellations”The report shows the number of canceled appts by initiator: salon, staffer or client.
