Chats with stylists or salons

In the Messages section on the app’s home screen, you will find your chats with stylists/salons. At the top of this section, you will also find a pinned chat with our Support Team.

In the stylist/salon chats you will get automatic messages about your bookings: new booking created, change to a booking, booking cancellation, appointment reminder, confirmation of your booking request, etc. Beauty pros and salons can also write to you independently, for example, to discuss the details of your booking.

You can also send messages to the beauty pros or salons. You can only send messages to those stylists/salons which you have added to your My Stylist section.

The app’s home screen will display the number of new messages and the last three chats with your stylist/salon. You can open all chats and messages via the All button.
