Appointment confirmation

The day before your appointment, you will get a reminder notification about it from the app. If the stylist/salon requested confirmation, you can confirm via the app or by another method.

Booking confirmation in the app

Go to the Appointments section, open the required appointment, and tap the green Confirm Appointment button. After you confirm the appointment, the stylist/salon will get a notification about it.

Confirmation by another method

If for some reason you cannot confirm the appointment in the app, you can confirm by getting in touch with the stylist/salon on a messaging app or by telephone. In this case the stylist/salon can manually confirm your appointment in their app.
