Bells icons in the schedule

In the Calendar section, every client icon in the appointments list has either a bell or a checkmark on it. Each has a different meaning:

Grey bell – there is a client booking reminder ready and waiting to be sent by the salon.

Pink bell – the salon (i.e. you) has sent a booking reminder and is awaiting client confirmation.

Green check – client appointment confirmation received.

► To see client appointment confirmation (that is, so that the bells and check marks are displayed on every appointment in the schedule), you’ll need to turn on the Client Appointment Confirmation function under Settings → Client Reminders & Notifications.
