Sales

In the widget Sales the main statistics screen displays the total sales for the current month. You can set the formula for calculating total sales by clicking on the gear on the right. There are four calculation options in the report:

• Actual + Projected - Expenses
• Actual + Projected
• Actual - Expenses
• Actual Sales

Click on the Report button to open a detailed sales report. The section has a report selection menu: Summary, Services, Products, Payment method, Locations, Deposit, Tips. In each report of the section, graphs of the ratio of total sales to the month/year are formed. Detailed reports for each month are divided by weeks.

Summary

The summary report shows sales for each year by month.

Services and Products

The services report has four modes for viewing sales from services: all services, by services (single), by services (combined) and by service category.

• In the all services mode, the total sales from the cost of all services are displayed. Click on the name of the month to view the detailed report.
• In the by services (combined) mode, the total sales from the services provided by the complex is displayed, i.e. several services in one appointment. In this mode, discounts that you have added to client appointments are taken into account. The report generates charts with the ratio of complex services that bring you the most sales.
• In the by services (single) mode, the total sales from each service is displayed separately (not in a complex). In this mode, discounts that you have added to customer appointments are not taken into account, i.e. the cost of services that is indicated in the price list is taken into account. The report generates charts with the ratio of simple services that bring you the most sales.
• In the by service category mode, the total sales from each service group is displayed. The report generates charts with the ratio of groups of services that bring you the most sales.

In the products report, there are two modes for viewing sales from products: all products and by products.

• In the all products mode, the total sales from all the products sold are displayed. Click on the name of the month to view the detailed report.
• In the by products mode, the total sales from each product are displayed. This report generates charts with the ratio of products that bring you the most sales.

💡 The charts in the reports on services and products show only the three services/products that brought the most revenue for the selected period. The rest of the services/products will be displayed in the Other category.

Payment method

The report’s main screen displays the total sales by payment methods.

Locations

The report displays the total sales for all your business locations. The report can be viewed by year, month, week, for today or for any period. The report generates a table based on two indicators:

• the number of appointments for the selected period
• the total sales from these appointments

Click on the name of the location to view a list of appointments for it for the selected period. The list shows the date and time of the appointment, the client, the service, the total sales from the appointment.

💡 If you are an invited employee to the salon, the total cost of each entry will be indicated in the list of entries for the selected location in the Total column, and in the Actual column your revenue from this entry according to your percentage of revenue in the salon.

If a location has been deleted, the status Deleted will be next to the name of this location. If you work or have worked as an invited employee in a salon, the status Salon will be indicated next to the name of the salon.

Deposit

The report displays the total number of appointments in which the deposit was added and the amount of the deposit.

Tips

The report displays the total number of appointments in which tips have been added.

💡 Data on the payment methods, deposits and tips are received in reports from client appointments in the calendar.
