Group Texting

You can send group messages only by text (that is, by ordinary SMS from your mobile operator). Messaging apps don’t allow group messages to be sent by outside apps in order to avoid spam.

1. You can create a group message under Menu → Clients. For this, tap on the + then the icon of the folder with the man and enter the group name (for example, Special Offer), and add the required clients to it.
2. To create a group text for your clients, go to Menu → Messages, and tap on the + then the icon of the folder with two men. Choose the client’s group, type the message, and send it.

⏵ Also note:

• Long messages are broken up into short sections by providers when they are sent. Each section is considered a separate text. So don’t create texts that are too long.
• Group texts take longer to send than single texts.
• When texts are sent from an iPhone with the iMessage function activated in the settings, the client will be able to see the contacts of everyone in the group text.

💡 The groups All Clients and Inactive Clients are created automatically.
