Dashboard Widgets

On the app Dashboard, you can find widgets with important current information that needed your attention, and brief information on your clients, appointments, finances, etc.

New events widget

This widget displays all client reminders that needed to be sent, new online booking requests, clients’ birthdays reminders, time slots freeing up for bookings from the waitlist, etc. The widget will always be at the very top, so you don’t miss any important reminders.

Messages widget

This widget displays new and unread messages from clients, salons, and Masters Support Team. Via the View button on the widget, you can go to the messages section and create a new message and send it to clients or Support Team via the chat.

Clients widget

This widget shows the total number in your client list on the app, and statistics by client category:

• New Clients – the number of new clients over the past two months.
• Inactive Clients – number of inactive clients over the past two months.
• Waitlist – total number of clients on the waitlist, and the number of clients who can be booked now.

Via the View button on the widget, you can go to the Clients section add/remove clients and client groups, go through client profiles, book clients from the waitlist, and copy all clients to your phone contacts.

Reports widget

This widget displays revenue by month. In the widget, you can view your revenue for the past two months, the current month, and the upcoming month.

• In the Projected line, you can see the number of future (not yet past) appointments in the current month and their expected revenue.
• In the Actual line, you can see the number of past appointments in the current month and the revenue from them.
• In the Deposits line, you can see the number of appointments with deposits from clients, and the total sum of deposits from future appointments. This is just for your information on the total sum of deposits on future appointments in the month. All deposits are automatically included under Projected sales.
• In the Expenses line, you can see the total sum of all expenses for the month.
• In the Total line you can see the full revenue for the month, taking into account deposits and expenses:

Total = Projected (including deposits) + Actual - Expenses.

Appointments widget

The widget displays the number of your appointments and your revenue for each day of the selected week. This widget also displays the total amount of revenue for the entire week.

• If you want to check your revenue by day and total revenue for the week, use the switch in the upper right corner of the widget.
• If you want to check the number of your appointments by week, scroll through the weeks in the widget to the right or left.
• You can return to the current week by clicking the Today button.
• Click on any date from the selected week in the widget and this day will open in your calendar.

Configure widgets

You can configure the widgets on Dashboard under Settings → Dashboard Widgets.

• You can’t turn off the New events and Messages widgets. Those are required on Dashboard so that you don’t miss new booking requests, cancellations, and messages from clients.
• The Reports, Appointments and Clients widgets can be turned off if desired.
• You can configure the order of widgets by tapping Rearrange in the top right corner of the screen. The New events widget is pinned first and cannot be moved.
